Hi, I’m Sharna!
I know what it’s like to start again.
To feel disconnected from your body—and then, step by step, to rebuild it into something functional, resilient, and free.
My path began in dance, where movement was performance. Over time, it became something more tender—something that could soothe, strengthen, and support the nervous system. I went on to train in yoga, Pilates, Barre, and am now completing my Certificate III in Fitness, continually deepening my understanding of anatomy and functional movement.
What drives me isn’t perfection. It’s presence—the small, meaningful shifts that help someone feel stronger, steadier, and more at ease in their body.
I’m here for all the people rebuilding trust with movement. The ones starting fresh. The ones recovering. The ones reshaping their relationship with strength and softness.
