This is for anyone seeking reconnection, release, and ritual. You don’t need to be flexible or strong—just willing to listen inward.

Our online yoga sessions are guided with warmth, care, and a focus on nervous system support. These 60-minute practices blend breath-led movement with moments of stillness, offering your body what it needs—whether that’s grounding, release, or gentle flow.

When:

  • Thursdays at 6:00 PM AEST

Build strength from the inside out—gracefully, gradually, and at your own pace.

This 6-week course blends the functional stability of Pilates with the flowing structure of Barre, helping you create alignment, tone, and inner resilience. All sessions are trauma-aware and guided with a deep respect for how different bodies move and feel.

When:

  • Mondays at 11:00 AM AEST

  • Sundays at 2:00 PM AEST

  • 6-week term course (booked in advance)

What to Expect:

  • Low-impact, strength-based sequences

  • Breath-led transitions to support nervous system regulation

  • A gentle, consistent rhythm that builds over 6 weeks

  • Light weights (optional)

🪑 Chair Yoga / Pilates via Zoom

Supportive movement for every body, every season of life.

This 6-week course is especially suited for those managing fatigue, chronic conditions, limited mobility, or simply wanting to move gently. Using a chair as the base, we explore breath, gentle strength, mobility and release in a way that’s highly adaptable and deeply respectful.

When:

  • Thursdays at 9:00 AM AEST

  • 6-week term course (booked in advance)

What to Expect:

  • A welcoming space with slow, accessible movement

  • No need to get on the floor

  • Practices to support balance, posture and energy flow

What to Bring:

  • A sturdy chair (preferably armless)

  • A cushion or rolled towel

  • Small hand weights or food tins (optional)

  • A space to feel comfortable, unhurried, and held
